If you have to make a return, here's the scoop.

What is Cannonball Collective’s Return Policy?
We accept returns for Cannonball Kits and most products as long as they’re shipped back within 30 days after you received your original order. You can return the items for a full credit card refund but you will need to pay for return shipping. There may be some individual products for which we can’t accept returns. For example, every now and then we may have items marked “final sale,” which by nature of the words “final sale,” are therefore not returnable. For Cannonball Kits, we only accept returns for the entire kit and it must all be in primo condition.

Can I exchange my order?
Well, technically we don’t do “exchanges.” To us exchanges are basically like returns and will be handled as such. So you’d just follow our returns process and place a new order for your replacement item. Make sense?

I love most of the items in my Cannonball Kit, but there’s one I don’t want—can I return just that?
Well, that’s just not an option, sorry! Each item in the Cannonball Kit has been hand curated to enable or enhance a particular experience. And while you may choose not to use something, or even not like something (gasp!), you are stuck with it. Who knows, you might find a good use for that item at some point—perhaps re-gift it to someone else or use it as a doorstop.

How do I make a return?
Well, darn it. If you need to make a return, you must do so within 30 days after you received your original order. You will need to pay for your own return shipping. When you return your item, make sure you include a note with:

-Your name and contact information (email, address, phone number)
-The order number
-The item you’re returning
-The reason for the return
-The original packing slip, if you still have it

The first four items listed above are all “must-do’s” in order for us to be able to process your return properly and within a timely manner! Also, it’s a good idea for you to keep your return tracking information until we’ve processed your refund. We’ll send you an email once we’ve received,and are processing, your return so you’ll be up to speed with what’s going on. If you have any questions, drop us a line at [email protected].

How do I return a gift, or items purchased with a gift card?
Oooo, can this be awkward or what? Well, fortunately for you, we make it easy. In both cases, please follow our regular returns process as noted above. We will issue you a coupon code in the amount of the return value (less any shipping costs incurred) so you’ll be able to shop our Catalog for the item that is right for you! See? Easy!

I need a warm body to talk to about returning an item!
While we prefer you email us at [email protected], we know sometimes you just need to talk to a real human being. And if that’s the case, you can call us at 1-888-787-1604. Either way, we’ll do everything we can to help you through the process.

How long does it take to process a return?
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks from when we receive your return. Just so you won’t be left hanging, we’ll send you an email once we’ve received and are processing your return.

What if I received a product that’s broken or damaged?
Rats! Send an email to [email protected] to let us know what happened and we’ll take care of you right away. Including pictures in your email is super-helpful so we can see what actually happened. We’ll want you to return the damaged item and we’ll arrange to send you a replacement.

My non-refundable/”final sale” item was delivered to me damaged. Can I return it?
Aargh. So sorry that happened! Please send us an email at [email protected] or call Customer Service at 1-888-787-1604. We’ll need your order number, the name of the product, the date of the purchase, and details of the damage (pictures are encouraged!). We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

I don’t live in the United States. How do you handle returns for International orders?
Just like our US customers, International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and you can return your item for a credit card refund. It has to be returned within 30 days from when you received your order. When you return your item, make sure to include the following information:

-Your name and contact information (email, address, phone number)
-The order number
-The item you’re returning
-The reason for the return
-The original packing slip, if you still have it

Without this information your return processing may take longer! Also, it’s a good idea for you to keep your return tracking information until we’ve processed your refund.
