Welcome to shipping headquarters!

When will my order ship? And more importantly, when will I get it?
We work hard to get all of our products out to you as quickly as we can. We’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation Email that will give you a heads-up so you can keep your eyes peeled for your cool stuff. Items that are in stock tend to ship within 7 days of your purchase. For domestic (US) orders, we offer both “Standard” shipping (average delivery time of 3-7 days within the Continental United States) and “I Want it Faster” shipping (2-3 days within the Continental United States). In either case, delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take an extra day or two. If something is out of stock it may take another week or so but we’ll let you know when that’s the case by noting that on the Product page. Also, you can log into your handy-dandy Cannonball Collective account any time to check your order status.

What’s the deal with International order shipping and delivery? How long will it take?
Our international orders are shipped using USPS International, which usually take between 8-10 days, although this could take longer depending on the final destination. Either way, please allow additional transit time for international orders.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling is charged depending on weight and final destination. Rates, whether Standard or “I Want it Faster,” will be noted during checkout.

Do you ship anywhere outside the Continental United States?
Yes! We recognize that many of our items may have global appeal. More importantly, we believe the fun, learning and experiences of the Cannonball Collective shouldn’t be just limited to the Continental Unites States. That would be lame. With that said, shipping costs for orders outside of the Continental US will be higher and will vary depending on where the order is being shipped. To figure out shipping costs, add an item(s) to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address; the calculated shipping rates will be shown. For International orders, please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs, and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
Uh, no. We can’t divide an order up and ship it to different addresses. If you need to ship to multiple locations, you’ll need to create a separate order for each one. Sorry, but that’s just the deal.

Help! I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address for my order! Can I change it?
Oh jeez. This has happened to us before too! Well, this sorta depends on when you placed your order (2 seconds ago—chances are better; 2 days ago—no chance at all) and of course whether or not your order has shipped yet. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 1-888-787-1604. We’ll do what we can for you but can’t promise anything.

How do I check the status of my order and can I track my shipment?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and going to My Orders. Also, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with the pertinent tracking information when your order ships. That way in your free time you can track your shipment as it wings its way toward you!

Which services do you use for shipping?
To ship your stuff in the United States, we mostly use USPS or FedEx although we may occasionally use other shippers such as UPS. For International shipments, we mostly use USPS International.

Can you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?
Absolutely! Just process your order as you usually would, but make sure you don’t enter it as an International order. APO/FPO/DPO addresses carry United States zip codes and will be processed by us as US orders. 

Are you able to guarantee delivery dates?
Man, we wish we could but for a variety of reasons outside our control (crummy weather, holidays, maintenance, you name it), we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. If you need an order by a certain date you should upgrade your shipping, which means you’ll pay a bit more.

Can I add a message to a gift order?
Yes, you can! Just make sure you note that your order is a gift, either when you place it in your cart or later during checkout ,and you’ll see the order message prompt.

Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
As long as it’s all in stock, yes. If for some reason we’re out of stock on something in your order, it’ll be shipped separately as soon as it’s available. And you’ll receive a separate Shipment Confirmation Email from us to help you keep track of things. Remember, you can always go to your account and check under My Orders for order status and updates.

Help! My shipment hasn’t arrived!
Aw man. OK, send us a note at [email protected] or call Customer Service at 1-888-787-1604 and we’ll see what we can do to help.

My shipment arrived damaged. What now?
&@*#$&!! That is totally the worst, and we’re so sorry to hear that. Drop us a line at [email protected] or call Customer Service at 1-888-787-1604. You’ll need to let us know which items were damaged so we can arrange for their sad return plus replace them with ones that haven’t been beaten about.
